Amanda's Bachelorette Party

Amanda, Sarah, Emily, myself, and maybe some others from work are going to TRY to get to Vegas on Thursday September 22, 2005. This is pending on our work schedules and school. Anyone who wants to join us a day early is welcome; however I know that everyone has different schedules and if you cannot stay the entire time come whenever you feel like it. The first day is mostly for those of us to hang out and relax if you get really bad jet lag. :0)

The flight that Amanda and I have looked at is leaving late Thursday morning and returning Sunday evening (probably on a red eye flight.) We have been looking on travelocity, southwest, priceline, hotwire, and some other individual airlines as well.

Since we are going on a trip that requires planning it is extremely important that everyone rsvp to me by July 21, 2005. At that time I will update the room itinerary and flight itinerary. I am planning on booking flights only for people who have paid me in advance; this way I will not be stuck with paying for everyone. I believe some of us are going to be buying our tickets soon; therefore, if anyone wants to be on the same flight I can email or mail the itinerary to you once we have purchased our tickets.

I am estimating that the flight will cost between $180-250 since prices change frequently. The room depends on how many people go. I am trying to get a suite, however that all depends on how many of you are able to go. The MAX the room will be is no more than $140-150 per person. Which would be if only 6 of us went.
